Helping Children in Irpin Overcome the Impact of War
At Serve Now Ukraine, we prioritize children’s education, especially during times of war. After two years of the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale invasion, Ukraine’s education system has suffered immense setbacks.
Following the de-occupation of Irpin, all schools and extracurricular facilities were either partially damaged or completely destroyed due to the fighting. Frequent air raid alerts have made regular schooling nearly impossible.
Our program offers a range of activities, including swimming, volleyball, robotics, English lessons, and art therapy. Thanks to our partners, children also enjoy monthly trips to museums, the zoo, and the circus. We help kids develop new skills and minimize the lasting effects of war on their lives.
This initiative provides free, high-quality educational activities, offering children a sense of normalcy and opportunities to explore new interests. More than just learning, it’s about giving them the tools they need for a brighter future.
